Z Family Sneak Peek - {Columbus, NE Family Photographer}
I met up with this family for a session last night on their property in Genoa. I think I could have spent all day at this awesome location. They were great sports to put up with the heat, humidity and mosquitos. Thank you guys for a great session, and be on the lookout for plenty more pictures (I have about 40 more to go through yet).

New Prop Fun
My mom and I went treasure shopping last week, and had much success. I can see this becoming a new addiction very quickly. I took the kids out last night to try out a few of them to see how they would photograph. I think I am in love with my new "ugly" chair.

It doesn't feel right posting without a picture, so here is one I dug up from last summer of my dad and my middle son.

Evening Light
As spring slowly turns to summer and the sun stays out long into the evening, I am finding more and more time to take advantage of the gorgeous light. I lured the kids to my mom's backyard with promises of jumping on the trampoline. It worked, they cooperated briefly, and in the end everyone was happy.

Flowers & Art Prints
I have been stuck at home with sick children for some time now, so I have been itching to use the camera again. When my mom brought over some flowers from her garden, I saw the perfect naptime project for myself. I am quite pleased with the results, and am thinking these would be gorgeous as framed prints. I might consider selling prints if there is any interest. (email is kjbonk@hotmail.com)
